Originally from Indiana and having spent over a decade in Los Angeles, my focus lies in assisting artists and creators in enhancing their creative spaces and environments. With a background in owning and operating a dog training business for over eight years while in California, I've honed my ability to tailor my role to each client's unique experience. I also possess prior experience in the nonprofit sector, having served with AmeriCorps through CityYear.
During my time out of Indiana, I engaged in various roles ranging from event planning to estate management. In these capacities, I catered to the specific needs and desires of individuals, adapting my approach to align with their preferences. Upon returning to Indianapolis in mid-2020, I began to observe the evolving landscape of arts and culture within the Midwest, particularly in Indy.
My objective is to persist in my efforts to empower artists and creatives, enabling them to find their authentic voices within the spaces they envision for themselves, rather than solely conforming to traditional work environments. I am committed to offering assistance in contract management and collaborating with existing institutions to foster more equitable and mutually beneficial partnerships with artists.
With over five years of experience in marketing, social media, public affairs, and communications, I excel at crafting compelling messages and establishing consistent brand narratives. My adeptness at networking and collaborative teamwork allows me to cultivate relationships that lead to meaningful and productive connections. I am an effective and highly detail-oriented project manager with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
